Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

Noorvale Studios Limited (RC 8837679), a company registered in Nigeria, of Keffi, Nasarawa State. "We" and "us" mean that company; "the services" means noorvale.com together with Watch, Toons, Music, Play and our mobile app.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Children use the service through kids profiles created by an adult account holder, who sets the content rating those profiles may reach and is responsible for their use of the service.

Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Give us accurate information, and keep it current — particularly the email address, which is how we reach you about billing and access.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout, through Paystack or Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, and include any tax we are required to charge.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial period.

If a payment fails we may suspend access until it succeeds. We may change prices, and will give at least 30 days' notice before a change affects an existing subscription.

What you may and may not do

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream our content for private, non-commercial viewing, for as long as your subscription entitles you to it.

You may not:

• copy, download, record, redistribute or publicly perform our content, except where we expressly provide a download feature and then only within it;
• circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any access control, paywall or geographic restriction;
• share your account credentials, or resell access;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the service, or access it by automated means we have not published for that purpose;
• probe, attack, overload or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service unlawfully, or to harm anyone.

Security research conducted in good faith is welcome. Contact us at hello@noorvale.com before testing, and give us reasonable time to fix what you find.

Our content, and yours

The original worlds, films, series, music and games we produce, along with the Noorvale name and marks, remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership; you get a licence to watch, not to own.

Anything you submit — a comment, a review, a reel sent with an application — stays yours. By submitting it you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose you submitted it for, and you confirm you have the right to give us that licence.

Availability

We are early, and we say so plainly: the catalogue changes, features change, and titles may be added or withdrawn. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance.

Some content is available only in certain countries, because of the rights attached to it.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where the breach is not serious we will give notice and a chance to fix it first.

On closure your licence ends. What happens to your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the updated terms; if you do not accept them, close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, write to us — most things are faster to fix directly.
